We're looking for a Salesforce Administrator to be that difference for the Australian team of a global healthcare company. You'll be the one who keeps things tidy, makes the dashboards make sense, and helps the team to actually enjoy using Salesforce.

This isn't about coding or endless system rebuilds, that's handled globally. Here, it's about being the go-to person who makes the system work in real life, day to day.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning Sales Cloud and Service Cloud locally.
  • Keeping the data clean so decisions are based on facts
  • Building dashboards and reports that people actually look at (and thank you for).
  • Training the team so Salesforce feels simple, not scary.
  • Working with the global CRM team when bigger changes are needed.

What we're looking for

  • Experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Solid knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Someone who gets why clean data matters and enjoys making it happen.
  • A clear, patient communicator who can explain Salesforce in plain English.
