**What's the opportunity?**
You will be vital in executing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our core CRM platform. By managing the CRM business support queue, you will create Reports, dashboards, workflows, user set up, field creation based on business requirements, be the liaison between our business users, CRM team and IT support. In doing so, you will be making sure business needs are understood and delivered.

- Maintaining the overall health of the platform as the Salesforce champion.
- Be the "First line of support" for all Salesforce users across the business.
- Configuration and customisation of the Salesforce platform.
- Providing technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and "how-to" assistance.
- Staying updated on the platform's new tools, capabilities, and updates.
- Manage all the administrative function including account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows.
- Build custom automations, execute testing, training and documentation
- Project work and deliverables related to the Salesforce ecosystem
- Ensuring all work meets Salesforce recommendations and best practices
**About you**:
Key Behaviours & Skills:
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to develop, execute testing, training and documentation.
- Strong data management abilities.
- Must have solid experience in managing Salesforce Lightning instances.
- Must be comfortable in a rapidly changing and sometimes challenging work environment.
- Proactive and is not afraid to reach out for clarifications and concerns
Knowledge & Experience Required
- 2+ years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Hold at least one Salesforce Certifications (ideally Salesforce Administrator)
- Have expert understanding of Process Builder and Flows.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and Community Cloud.
- Ability to build/add custom objects, formula fields, triggers, custom views, reports, dashboards, and other content of intermediate complexity in Salesforce Lightning.
- Create and manage users, user profiles, roles, permission sets, assignment rules, object data security and visibility, page layouts, and license types.
- Setup CPQ templates, Price rules and Product rules.
- Staying informed of each new release of SFDC (3 times per year) to leverage any new functionality to the business & complete pre-release Business User Acceptance testing
- Monitor site implementation of SFDC and provide mentoring, assistance and guidance to business users
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Experience with ERP platforms, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous
