
Perth - Workforce Planner - Full-Time

Introduction :
Civeo Australia is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Workforce Planner to support our operations team.
This role is vital in aligning people, processes, and planning to optimize performance across our villages.

Key Responsibilities :
Partner with operations leadership to align workforce planning with business strategy and site needs.
Support forecasting, scheduling, rostering, mobilisation, and real-time optimisation of the workforce.
Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, HSE, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop tailored workforce optimisation strategies for each village to enhance efficiency and control labour costs.
Utilise workforce management systems to streamline planning and analyse performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on operational data and trend analysis.
Ensure compliance with enterprise agreements and rostering conditions, maintaining qualification and induction records.
Assist with labour modelling and 'what-if' analyses to support operational and financial planning.
Qualifications :
Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Technology, or Law.
Experience :
Experience in workforce/resource planning, rostering, or logistics within hospitality or village accommodation environments.
Understanding of workforce operating models and planning methodologies.
Experience with JD Edwards ERP solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Ability to optimise complex operations while balancing client needs and internal resources.
Knowledge of process analysis and process mining to implement industry best practices.
Understanding of business operations and workforce management frameworks.
Experience reporting on workforce planning KPIs.
Skills :
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Experience with JD Edwards (Oracle) ERP software.
Familiarity with Kronos Time and Attendance platform.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment.
Proficient in digital systems for analysis, reporting, and management.
