Financial Operations Manager
About the Role
The Financial Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes. This individual will be responsible for leading and developing the accounting function, overseeing the period close process, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage preparation and review of profit & loss and balance sheet journal entries and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with GAAP and local financial legislation.
Lead month-end and quarter-end close and consolidation processes across regions, coordinating with business and accounting teams.
Prepare statutory financial reports for submission, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
Oversee tax compliance activities, including preparation, review, and timely filing of statutory returns and reports.
Assist in the preparation of quarterly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Act as the primary liaison for internal and external audits, including managing audit queries and findings.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SOX testing procedures and revenue recognition reviews.
