Job Overview

The Chief Financial Officer is a pivotal role that oversees financial and operational activities of the organization. This position requires a strong background in financial control, commercial, and corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash flow, develop and implement financial and operational policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the business, providing financial insights for strategic decision-making and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Arrange financing and participate in mergers and acquisitions (due diligence and integration).
  • Drive excellence in operational functions such as supply chain management, inventory optimization, customer support, and technical services.
Requirements:
  • Experience in inventory-based industries.
  • CFO of small to medium-sized enterprises or Head of Finance/Divisional CFO experience in large corporations.
  • A broad range of skills, including financial control, commercial, and corporate finance.
  • A proactive communicator with a collaborative influencing style, able to manage effectively across all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in growth-oriented businesses, particularly those with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
  • Competence in cash flow modeling.
