Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

The Financial Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in the Finance Team, supporting the wider business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing high-volume and complex financial transactions and liaising with teams to resolve queries or issues.
  • Understanding financial processes, maintaining schedules, reconciling accounts, and working with stakeholders to resolve queries or issues.
  • Preparing financial reports; planning and reconciling vendor processes and payments, investigating financial issues, and resolving vendor accounts within a well-controlled governance framework.

This is a hands-on role that develops and implements best practices to deliver world-class outcomes for stakeholders.

Key skills and experience include:

  • Stakeholder relationship management with a customer-first focus and collaborative mindset.
  • Experience in financial systems and processes across a complex enterprise.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to use suitable tools (Excel, Power BI) to display information and drive business decisions.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and internal control environment.

Desirable qualifications include finance-related degrees and at least 3 years' experience in an accounting-related role.
