Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and financially astute professional to join our B2B Media team as a Financial Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing operational processes related to financial management and billing activity for a large-scale global client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring all activities are executed efficiently and accurately
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline account operations and create efficiencies
  • Analyse account data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing billing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Generate and distribute regular reports on account performance and operational metrics

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, accounting, finance, or similar field
  • Experience in account management or operations in a media agency or similar environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
