We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Finance and Portfolio Manager. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Brisbane, Australia.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, creating, and delivering portfolio and project reports. They will also monitor financial and benefit data associated with the portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Participate as an active member of the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) by implementing and communicating strategic goals and business plans.">
  • Collaborate with internal and external contacts to ensure successful delivery of the organization's portfolio and transformation goals.">
  • Operate in and encourage an environment of continuous improvement and innovation, inspiring creative solutions to improve processes, products, and services.">
  • Assist with development and ongoing management of the portfolio cost tracking framework and process.">
  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting templates meeting stakeholder requirements.">
  • Support Senior Finance Lead in refining best practice portfolio and project finance workbook and related activities.">

About You:

  • ">
  • Experience in Portfolio or complex Programme Management, managing reporting across diverse portfolios of projects.">
  • Strong financial management knowledge, understanding contemporary cost tracking techniques.">
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills, using discretion and judgment in complex business environments.">
  • Desired Post Graduate degree in management (including MBA).">
  • Previous experience in portfolio/project reporting and financial management positions.">
