**About Us**:
**Position Purpose**:
This position is responsible for the efficient handling of full HR area including payroll and HR administrative functions in Australia and Singapore. Responsibilities include payroll submissions, completing documentation required for local authorities and maintaining confidential personnel files. This role coordinates starter and leaver information, acquires approvals, processes required notifications and updates data in SAP and various HR systems. This role also has responsibilities for supporting a number of HR processes and services as well as ensuring the implementation of new HR processes and systems in Australia and Singapore. A clear understanding of both HR and commercial operational integration is critical.

Daily interactions with Senior Management and Team Members at all levels within the Corporate Branches in EMEAA, the Payroll team in UK and North America and the HR team, as well as external businesses and authorities. The ability to work across different countries as well as a professional, customer focused approach both internally and externally are a key requirement for this role. Confidentiality needs to be ensured in all matters.

**Key Job Activities**:
Collate all payroll information and send to the payroll team in the UK/North America. Coordinate with the local payroll provider in Australia and Singapore

Ensure the required documentation for payroll and employee information is completed in an accurate and timely manner. This includes sickness reports, starter, leaver notification, references, statistical information etc.

Prepare employment contracts for new starters based on templates provided by HR.

Provide support in the administration of benefits where applicable, e.g., company cars, superannuation, medical etc.

Collate relevant data for Labour, Equity and employment legislation/regulations and advise on compliance.

Provide HR advice and support to management on employee relations and employment law issues escalating issues to the HR Business Partner (VP HR EMEAA), as required.

Provide support in the administration of HR Systems (SuccessFactors).

Ensure all internal administration and approval processes are followed for new starters. Ensure the Approval to Hire authorisation has been obtained before the recruitment process starts, the appropriate payroll and payment forms have been completed, etc.

Manage new hire approval process and ensure vacancies are posted in line with agreed timelines

Support management with the implementation of the Performance Management Program, ensuring that goals and objectives are cascaded, checkpoint and year-end review meetings occur, and individual development plans are documented and implemented

Co-ordinate annual pay review and bonus processes.

Coordinate and provide support to various training programs and initiatives.

Ensure visa sponsorship is maintained and lead process to obtain or renew immigration visa as required.

**Experience (North America & LATAM)**:
University/College undergraduate degree required.

Specialized HR training (e.g., post graduate HR college program) and Australia and Singaporean Human Resources Institute (AHRI) accreditation is required.

**Experience (EMEAA)**:
Detailed knowledge of and practical experience in current Australia and Singaporean employment legislation, awards and payroll regulations.

Computer skills are essential, MS Office, EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT & OUTLOOK & Database Management.

Excellent organizational skills.

Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Strong influencing and relationship-building skills and ability to establish credibility with the business and global HR team.

Ability to prioritize & meet deadlines.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated project management experience.

Ability to work independently, including specific research projects.

Experience with an HR system (e.g., SAP - HCM) is an asset.

Experienced working in a highly confidential environment is required.

Proven experience in a Human Resources environment is required.

Computerized payroll experience with multiple interfaces - familiarity with Ceridian and ADP an asset.

Understanding of payroll process in a multinational organization.

Knowledge of payroll tax legislation.

Experience in a multi-site operation is desirable.

Experience with a North America based multinational organization is preferred.
