Job Title: Payroll Systems Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Systems Specialist to play a key role in the implementation, improvement, and maintenance of our payroll systems.

This specialist will work closely with the HRIS project team to ensure seamless testing, migration, and rollout of new features. They will also be responsible for identifying areas of improvement and implementing more efficient processes to streamline operations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. They should be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Migrating and testing new payroll features to ensure smooth operation
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
  • Providing exceptional support to employees and management on payroll-related inquiries and issues
  • Collaborating with the HRIS project team to develop and implement comprehensive payroll solutions
