**Job Summary**

Take full responsibility in the processing of online orders including picking and packing of orders with 100% accuracy.

Liaise with customers to ensure they are kept up to date regarding their queries, providing responses when needed.

Ensure outstanding customer service and communication levels are maintained at all times.

Curate exiting website content and contribute to creating and uploading new website content.

Enjoy and thrive in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining high attention to detail

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

Previous experience in online E-Commerce extremely favourable. The following skills would be highly desirable
- Must have 2-3 years experience of warehouse and retail ecommerce business.
- Working knowledge of excel, comfortable using ERP system and transport bookings, Computer literate strongly required.
- Working knowledge of photoshop is an advantage
- High level accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to easily adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem solving skills
- Enjoy hard work and demonstrate urgency in your daily routine
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge and experience of working on social media platforms.
- Australian permanent resident or citizenship must.
