E-Commerce Business Leader

We're seeking a highly skilled e-commerce professional to join our team.
About the Role- Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e-commerce, either through running their own brand or managing the growth of one.
- They must be confident in coaching or supporting others, even if they don't have formal training as a coach.
- The successful applicant will be comfortable on camera and in conversation, possessing a warm, clear, and engaging personality.
- They should have a strong understanding of how to guide, troubleshoot, and celebrate wins within an e-commerce environment.
- Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to be friendly, funny, kind, and clear in all interactions.
- Familiarity with the rhythm of online retail and the ability to speak e-com fluently are also required.
- Welcoming new members into our programs and guiding them through their first 30 days.
- Hosting calls, answering questions, and providing support via community groups.
- Identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities to enhance the member experience.
- Assisting with payment access queries and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
- Collaborating with our coaching and operations teams to maintain member engagement and empowerment.
