**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Duties**:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Maintain filing systems and manage office supplies.
- Induction of new staff.
- Monitor staff timesheets daily (sign in and sign out).
- Assist our estimator.
- Nominate fines and toll invoices as necessary.
- Update supervisor of daily activity in the office.
**Bookkeeping Duties**:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments, along with drafting quotes.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain up-to-date employee holiday, super, annual and tax records.
**Office/Factory Area Duties**:
- Maintain cleanliness of office, file room and kitchen.
- Restocking fridge and kitchen weekly fortnightly.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in administrative roles and bookkeeping/accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software Xero and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a construction company admin/bookkeeping role is preferred but not required.
