Vice President, Patient Solutions
The Vice President of Patient Solutions is a strategic leader responsible for driving the vision and innovation of our patient solutions operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversight of customer and patient solutions department to generate value propositions for clients.
Development, maintenance, and quality standards to ensure production meets service levels across all product segments.
Maintenance of staffing to meet service levels, ensuring smooth transitions for new customers and minimal impact on existing customers.
Evaluation of systems, policies, and procedures to drive changes that meet organizational objectives.
Implementation of strong internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
Assistance in solving problems affecting service, efficiency, and team productivity.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Direction and supervision of employees within the department(s) according to organizational policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related discipline preferred.
10 years of experience with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in patient services or a similar call center environment.
