Job Title: Chief Pharmacy Officer
About the Role:The position of Chief Pharmacy Officer is a key leadership role within our hospital team. As a highly experienced and passionate pharmacist, you will play a pivotal part in championing safe medication practices across the hospital.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and lead initiatives such as Medication Safety Walkarounds to promote safe use of medicines.
- Oversee the Safe Use of Medicines Committee to ensure effective policy development and implementation.
- Contribute to incident reviews and support quality improvement efforts.
