APC Storage Technology, part of the APC Group, is a leading national supplier of warehouse and office storage solutions. We specialize in the design, manufacture, installation, and servicing of a wide range of storage products, including pallet racking and shelving.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Production Scheduler** to join our team. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing production schedules to ensure efficient workflow and timely deliveries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate production schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Supervise production workflows to maintain efficiency.
- Organize and prepare production materials before manufacturing begins.
- Develop and collaborate with the management team on production plans.
- Create and implement efficient scheduling methods to meet production goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.
- Perform administrative duties related to scheduling and production reporting.
- Resolve production issues in collaboration with the Production Manager to avoid delays.
- Generate and maintain production and quality reports.
- Maintain a register for production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Uphold company values of integrity and trustworthiness.
- Actively contribute to the team and comply with company policies.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline (advantageous).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and MRP principles (essential).
- Experience with logistics planning software.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good organizational, coordination, and time management abilities.
