Our organization is looking for a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the production and distribution of our products. This key role involves overseeing the compilation of the Production Schedule on a weekly/daily basis to ensure customer service promises are met while minimizing costs.

The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders in Operations, Logistics, and Procurement to guarantee sufficient resources are available to meet production plans and deliver finished goods to customers. The work environment requires resilience, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills to deliver high-quality results daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and release Weekly Production Plan and Supply Review
  • Deliver daily detailed milk ingredients plan and finished goods schedule to Operations
  • Daily reporting and root cause analysis of issues
  • Manage Finished Goods stock levels at production site and Regional DCs

About You:

  • Practical understanding of Demand, Supply, and S&OE disciplines within FMCG
  • 'Can Do' attitude with high level of resilience for fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and rational decision making with negotiation skills
  • Proficiency using technology tools (SAP, MS Excel, PowerBI)
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to develop relationships and engage stakeholders
