Are you an experienced Residential Manager who wants to work for a progressive organisation? We are looking for a leader of our 144-bed aged care residence in Jimboomba.

As the **Residential Manager** you will lead our team at **Jimboomba Community Aged Care**, to provide quality care to our residents.

**About the Role**:
You will benefit from the support of an experienced team, along with close collaboration from Operations, Support Services, Quality, HR, Finance, IT, and Funding within our growing national organization.

**About you**:

- Experience managing a large aged care residence
- Hands on leader who sets the example
- Ability to build relationships
- Strong negotiation skills
- AHPRA qualified RN
- Desire to take the delivery of care and services to the next level
- Passion for resident care
- Customer-focused
- Excellent communication skills
