#BELIMITLESS #workyourwaywith Accor #weareheartistsJob DescriptionAbout the role:Full Time, Part Time OR Casual role availableYou will be supporting the day-to-day operation of the kitchen through food preparation and dishwashingBe responsible for providing the highest level of attention to all aspects of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the Kitchen, including but not limited to cutlery, crockery and commercial equipmentRecycling and removal of rubbishAssisting Chefs with basic food preparation as required (eg peeling, chopping, portioning)Unpack, store and organise food deliveriesMaintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and food storage areasAdhere to all sanitation and chemical use guidelines.Follow and adhere to all HACCAP hygiene, Food Safety and WHS requirements.QualificationsA bit about you:RoleYou may have previous experience in a similar fast paced environment.
This is a very busy role.
Regardless of your level of experience, there are a few things that would make you shine in this role, which include:Great energy and a "Find the YES" positive attitude.Good time management skills and a willingness to learn.Ability to multi task will be essential to this roleProfessional, well-groomed appearance, demonstrating pride in presentation.Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and Public HolidaysExperience in a similar role is idealYou might be a Commerical Cookery Student, looking to gain some practical experienceYou hold valid working rights for AustraliaThe Must-HavesTo Be Successful In This Role, You Will NeedA strong work ethic and dependability.Punctuality; being on time is very important.Good attention to cleanliness.Ability to follow safety rules.Willingness to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.Previous experience in a similar job is preferred but not required.Training will be provided for the right candidates.Additional InformationSo, when will you be joining us?
