Export Coordinator

We are on a look out for a pro-active Export Coordinator based in Crestmead, QLD on full time basis to support all export functions to ensure that Metcash products are delivered to customers based in operations external to Australia. This role will ensure that all legislative requirements for exporting goods are met, customer accounts are set up and maintained and manage the freight of products.
**What you'll do**:
Ensure that customers are set up and accounts are established
Provide administrative support to ensure that Australian Customs and Quarantine regulations are maintained and followed
Undertake accounts receivable tasks
Participate in freight requirements including preparation of vendor invoices for payment prior to sending to Concur for payment (freight/services/suppliers), Undertake order uploads, container configurations and shipping co-ordination
Prove support, where required, to the Export and Commercial team
**What you'll bring**:
Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to analyse information and make appropriate decisions and suggestions

Strong organisation/time management skills and attention to detail
Relationship building with external and internal customers and able to work as part of a team and autonomously
