About the RoleProvide administrative support to clients and staff within the facility such as: - Effective communication answering switchboard and undertaking reception duties including enquiries, face to face enquiries providing assistance and redirection where appropriate, making and taking of accurate messages. Demonstrated ability in time management, organisational and prioritisation skills, with daily general administration duties, photocopying, scanning, data entry, incoming and outgoing correspondence including distribution of mail/parcel deliveries received at the centre for all staff. - Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office to produce, letters, fact sheets, newsletters, spreadsheets, minutes, agenda's and PowerPoint presentations
