About the rolePermanent full time opportunity to provide high-level, professional, and confidential administrative support and leadership to the Herston Biofabrication Institute (HBI), contributing to the delivery of high-quality clinical, research, and operational outcomes.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Metro North core values, as outlined in the full role description.
Coordinate the administrative functions of the Herston Biofabrication Institute (HBI) to ensure the delivery of high-quality, professional, and efficient administrative support across the Institute.
Provide direct supervision and line management Administration Officers, including allocation of tasks, monitoring of performance, training, and support to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality administrative services across HBI.
Manage diary and email correspondence for the Deputy Director and Clinical Director, including coordinating meetings, preparation of relevant documentation, scheduling, location bookings, and logistical arrangements.
