Are you looking for a new adventure? Come join First Nations Health Office as a Project Officer where you will lead and advocate for a culturally safe, equitable and responsive health system to support First Nations peoples and communities to reach their full health potential and live long and healthy lives.

As a Project Officer you will provide administrative support to (including backfilling) the Executive Support Officer, Senior Director, when required. Responsibilities will encompass scheduling appointments, managing emails and workflows, dealing with sensitive and confidential matters, and following up on actions. You will undertake and participate in designated project and continuous improvement activities for effective and efficient administration of the Office of the Senior Director. Additionally, you will develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, address concerns, and resolve inquiries.

*Role fit:*

  • Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary record management systems for correspondence processes such as Content Manager.
  • High level organisational skills with proven ability to influence and organise a diverse group in order to achieve set objectives and goals.
  • Strong written communication skills including the ability to prepare high quality documentation, accurate reports and project communications.
