**Type**: Casual with Full-time hours (8-hour shifts)

**The Opportunity**:
We're looking for a motivated **Warehouse Assistant** **/ Delivery Driver** to join our close-knit team. This hands-on role is vital to the smooth operation of our warehouse and store, supporting both customer service and logistics functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Stock Management**: Receive, check, and organise incoming deliveries. Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure inventory is stored correctly.
- **Order Fulfilment**: Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately for both delivery and pickup.
- **Delivery Preparation**: Support delivery drivers by preparing and checking outgoing orders, and assist with deliveries.
- **Warehouse Organisation**: Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organised at all times.
- **Customer Support**: Assist trade and retail customers with loading products and answering basic product queries when needed.
- **General Duties**: Assist in restocking shelves, updating stock records, and supporting the broader team as required.

**What You'll Need**:

- A valid Australian driver's license and a good driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
- Physical fitness - ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, team-focused attitude.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or trade environment is ideal but not essential.
- Knowledge of plumbing supplies is helpful, but training will be provided.
