Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and organise incoming stock. Maintain accurate records and ensure inventory is stored correctly.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately for both delivery and pickup.
  • Delivery Preparation: Assist delivery drivers by preparing and checking outgoing orders, and assist with deliveries.
  • Warehouse Organisation: Ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe, and well-organised at all times.
  • Customer Support: Assist trade and retail customers with loading products and answering basic product queries when needed.
  • General Duties: Assist in restocking shelves, updating stock records, and supporting the broader team as required.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
  • Physical fitness - ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, team-focused attitude.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of plumbing supplies is helpful, but training will be provided.
