Warehouse Associate Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods and materials.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and inspecting incoming goods and materials with attention to detail
  • Safely and efficiently storing goods and materials in designated locations within the warehouse
  • Picking and packing orders based on customer requests or internal requisitions
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records, including stock levels, stock movement, and expiration dates
  • Conducting regular cycle counts and assisting in periodic physical inventory audits
  • Preparing shipments for outbound delivery and coordinating with shipping carriers or logistics providers to schedule pickups and deliveries
  • Operating and maintaining warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools, following safety protocols

Necessary Skills:

  • At least 1 year of experience in warehousing and distribution
  • A strong commitment to workplace safety
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Well-organized with a proactive approach
  • Forklift license is mandatory; experience with counterbalance and high reach is desirable
