As a Warehouse Operations Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods and services within our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize stock receipt, storage, and dispatch.
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve operational excellence.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records and invoices, and participate in regular stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Contribute to facility maintenance and layout to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
