The Opportunity:

We're looking for a motivated Warehouse Assistant / Delivery Driver to join our close-knit team. This hands-on role is vital to the smooth operation of our warehouse and store, supporting both customer service and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Management: Receive, check, and organise incoming deliveries. Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure inventory is stored correctly.
  • Order Fulfilment: Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately for both delivery and pickup.
  • Delivery Preparation: Support delivery drivers by preparing and checking outgoing orders, and assist with deliveries.
  • Warehouse Organisation: Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organised at all times.
  • Customer Support: Assist trade and retail customers with loading products and answering basic product queries when needed.
  • General Duties: Assist in restocking shelves, updating stock records, and supporting the broader team as required.

What You'll Need:

  • A valid Australian driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
  • Physical fitness – ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, team-focused attitude.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or trade environment is ideal but not essential.
  • Knowledge of plumbing supplies is helpful, but training will be provided.
