**SUMMARY OF THE ROLE**
- ** Heavy Haulage Coordinator** to join our Heavy Haulage Team
- Working at **our Naval Base Depot**

Mammoet are on the hunt for a Heavy Haulage Coordinator to join our growing heavy haulage team in Perth. You will be responsible for coordinating heavy haulage jobs from cradle to grave and accountable for planning, execution, compliance, cost control and invoicing of heavy haulage jobs across Australia.

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
- Liaise with customers to accept job bookings
- Schedule Drivers and Contractors
- Actively manage Driver fatigue
- Manage Contractors and third party costs
- Uphold compliance with SHE-Q Processes and Procedures
- Arrange Permits and ensure compliance with Operating Conditions
- Engage with internal stakeholders and work as a team
- Effectively manage changes and risk
- Oversee and uphold successful job execution
- Promote and uphold high levels of customer service
- Closing out and invoicing jobs

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
- Reliable, highly motivated and self-starting
- Positive mindset and ability to work as a team
- Quick learner and eager to develop into position
- Previous experience working in planning and/or coordinator roles beneficial
- Experience working in the transport, crane and/or resources industry beneficial
- Understanding of remote WA locations and mine sites beneficial
- Understanding of Main Roads WA permitting system beneficial
- Experience managing fatigue and complying with SHE-Q Processes and Procedures
- Experience managing contractors, third party costs and customer invoicing
