
Construction Project Coordinator

Job Overview
This role involves coordinating and supervising contractors involved in construction projects, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and project specifications. The successful candidate will coordinate site inspections to verify that work is performed according to approved plans.
The primary objective of this position is to ensure that construction work is executed efficiently and effectively, meeting the required quality standards. This involves directing and verifying corrections on items not in compliance and observing and validating tests of installations, equipment, and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Civil Construction experience and Certificate IV in Front Line Management are essential for this role.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an engineering or construction field is required.
- The ideal candidate should have experience managing teams of contractors and a business focus.
- Exposure to contractor alliance relationships is also highly desirable.
