**Role Overview**: We are seeking a passionate and committed Christian Outreach Coordinator who will be instrumental in spreading the vision of Dominion City Church across Australia. This person will take on the responsibility of connecting with individuals, particularly youth, through various platforms, such as physical outreach, digital engagement, and social media, to invite them to join our church community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute outreach strategies to connect with youths at schools, universities, and other institutions.
- Distribute flyers and other promotional materials physically and digitally to raise awareness about Dominion City Church.
- Utilize social media platforms to engage with young people, share church content, and promote events and services.
- Organize and host events, both online and in-person, that align with the church's mission and outreach goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with new visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and integrated into the church family.
- Support the church's growth by inviting new members to services, Bible studies, and other church activities.
- Collaborate with church leaders to develop outreach programs that align with the church's vision of raising leaders and transforming society.
- Act as a representative of the church, upholding its values and culture in all interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong Christian faith and alignment with the vision and mission of Dominion City Church.
- Passion for youth ministry and outreach, with a heart for evangelism.
- Experience in community engagement, outreach, or related fields (volunteer or professional).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build connections in person and online.
- Social media proficiency, particularly in using platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for outreach.
- Ability to organize and manage events, both physically and virtually.
- A self-starter who is proactive, creative, and willing to step out in faith to grow the church.
