**Job Opportunity: Settlement Support Worker**

This part-time role involves delivering settlement-related information, advice, advocacy and referral services to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting culturally diverse communities.

Job Description:
  • Deliver tailored support services to individuals or families experiencing settlement challenges;
  • Organize orientation sessions and workshops that cater to the unique needs of clients;
  • Maintain accurate records of client data and service delivery information;
  • Develop and implement community outreach initiatives to promote our organization's services;
  • Manage and coordinate volunteer teams to deliver essential services to the community.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience;
  • Understanding of settlement issues and familiarity with government and community networks;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills;
  • Strong proficiency in English and Korean languages;
  • Proficient in computer applications;
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Valid driver's license and police check certificate (or ability to obtain).
