**The Role**

As a crucial member of the Business Services division, you will play an integral role in servicing the firm's external clients. You will bring your keen eye for detail to coordinate reconciliations, compile monthly reports, implement solutions tailored to client needs, and collaborate with the wider team to enhance overall operations.

**The Responsibilities**
- Manage and update various accounting systems, including MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks.
- Independently prepare various tax statements and manage financial records.
- Conduct monthly financial reviews and assist with fiscal year-end preparations.
- Process bank transactions, manage payroll functions, and ensure compliance with tax laws.
- Participate in the development of firm processes to improve turnaround time and work quality.

**About You**
- TAFE/higher qualification within accounting or bookkeeping.
- 2+ years experience in a similar role, with a strong foundation in financial software.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to task management.
- Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative and commitment to quality.
