Cssd Loan Kit Coordinator Job Overview
As a Cssd Loan Kit Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Operating Room Suite. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the receipt, check-in, tracking, and preparation of all loan kits prior to Central Sterilising Service processing.
Main Responsibilities:- Accurately receive and record the arrival of loan kit goods into the hospital.
- Ensure timely and efficient check-in, tracking, and preparation of loan kits for CSSD processing.
- Maintain accurate records of loan kit dispatch and ensure all kits are complete before return to companies.
- Stay up-to-date with current AS 5369 standards and industry best practices.
- Foster strong working relationships and communication with the department and other areas.
- Experience in CSSD and Loan Kit management is essential.
- Certificate III or higher in Sterilising Services is required.
- Effective communication and coordination skills are necessary to work with company reps, doctors' rooms, and the clinical team.
