About this role:

The Loan Kit Coordinator is responsible for ensuring timely receipt, check-in, tracking, preparation and dispatch of loan kits within the Operating Room Suite.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring accurate receipt of loan kit goods into the hospital.
  • Managing check-in, tracking and preparation prior to CSSD processing.
  • Ensuring all loan kits are complete before return to companies.
  • Maintaining effective working relationships and communication with the department and other areas.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in CSSD and Loan Kit management.
  • Certificate III or higher in Sterilising Services.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
