Grow your career with NRMA Parks and Resorts.What you will do :As Guest Services Manager, you'll be the maestro behind the welcome desk and the chief happiness officer for our guests.
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll orchestrate the daily rhythm of the Guest Services team, ensuring every guest's journey – from "hello" to "see you next time" – is smooth, personal, and memorable.
We are open to discuss this being a Full Time or Part Time (24hr minimum) opportunity
Lead, inspire, and energise the Guest Services team, setting the bar for professionalism and fun.Be the go-to for team queries, roster management, and task allocation – you'll keep the front desk humming and the guest smiles coming.Champion communication across resort departments to make sure every guest's experience is seamless (think of yourself as the ultimate holiday conductor).
Step in as the escalation point for guest or team concerns, always with a cool head and a warm heart.Bring fresh ideas and positive energy to daily operations and Head of Department meetings, ensuring our service stands out for all the right reasons.What you will bring :A reputation for delivering stand-out guest service (you're the type who loves a good chat and knows how to turn a frown upside down).
Proven experience leading and motivating teams, ideally in hospitality or tourism.Top-notch time management skills and a keen eye for detail.A "lead from the front" mentality – you're hands-on and never shy away from rolling up your sleeves.Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays (because the fun never stops at Darlington Beach).
CRM system experience (Newbook and/or RMS) is a bonus, but your attitude is what counts most.What's in it for you?
