About the Role

This role involves supervising and coordinating the daily activities of a front office team. You will support and develop the team, fostering a positive work culture and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
You will provide an exceptional guest experience by processing arrivals and departures accurately using the park booking system. Additionally, you will coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation and supply guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience in a resort front office management role.
  • Experience leading and developing teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and able to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient experience in RMS.
  • Previous experience working remotely advantageous.
