**About the role**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced manager for the role of Change Manager to join the Digital Health Team.

The Change Manager will be responsible for ensuring the Microsoft 365 Migration and Adoption project meets objectives on time and on budget by increasing Grampians Health customer adoption and usage of the Microsoft 365 platform. The change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation of and proficiency with the Microsoft 365 product set, and compliment other communication and collaboration tools being implemented across the region through the Grampians Rural Health Alliance. These improvements will drive a stepped improvement in collaboration and communication outcomes across Grampians Health and support the technical and operational coming together of our new health service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish and support a Microsoft 365 change management program across Grampians Health, to serve and support the successful delivery of M365 change initiatives, in partnership with M365 solution provide
- Understand the organisational culture and determine how to help facilitate change across the organisation
- Lead M365 project in conducting impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
- Support the design, development, and delivery of M365 Change Management and Communication Plans
- Working closely with our M365 solution provider, lead the design and delivery of a M365 training program

**Skills and experience**
- The ability to thrive in a fast paced, multifaceted work environment.
- Be driven by delivering on our purpose of providing excellent health care.
- An understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Experience in supporting the delivery of projects/programs with a strong focus on building collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
