Expert Practitioner

The Department of Justice and Community Safety is seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead offender management initiatives. This ongoing, full-time opportunity is based in the Grampians Region.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will provide authoritative best practice advice on offender risk escalation behaviors, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Offering expertise and consultation on identified offender risk escalation behaviors, incident management, and quality assurance practices and processes
- Working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to address complex and high-risk cases
To excel in this position, you will require extensive experience in case management of complex and/or high-risk individuals, as well as experience in best practice risk management initiatives and therapeutic work with high-risk and complex individuals.
