Leadership Opportunity: Change Management

The Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Change Manager to lead the people side of change in the roll out of multiple initiatives. This is a full-time ongoing position with a competitive salary and superannuation.

About the Position:

The primary objective of this role is to set the strategic framework for enterprise change management to enable the successful delivery of change across our organization. As a Change Manager, you will develop and implement communications and training across all change initiatives, contributing to the outputs of projects within the EPMO Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
  • Provide guidance and leadership in communication, coordination, and analysis with a variety of project types.
  • Engage with internal clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Contribute to broader organizational leadership, transformation, and culture.

Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management, Business Transformation, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in formalised OCM Methods, Strategic Approaches, and Industry best practice.
  • Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in developing, initiating, and executing change management strategy and plans.
  • Proven experience with internal client engagement and management particularly in a PMO or EPMO environment.
  • Experience and/or understanding of a PPM system would be advantageous.
