Troocoo is seeking a Strategic ICT Procurement Leader.
This key position drives commercial, relationship, and governance outcomes across the organisation's ICT suppliers by developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for ICT products and services.
Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure high-performance levels, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Oversee contract lifecycle management, including variations, renewals, and issue resolution.
Provide expert advice to stakeholders on procurement policy, compliance, and best practice.
Drive value-for-money outcomes while balancing risk, governance, and innovation.
Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships at all levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven expertise in ICT procurement, vendor management, and category management.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills across IT services, licensing, and cloud solutions.
Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
Comprehensive knowledge of procurement frameworks, policies, and compliance requirements.
