**About the Role**:
**The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to**:

- Setting up new clinics in Lease Eagle
- Updating Lease Eagle with lease renewals
- Maintaining the database, updating outgoings, rent reviews any ad-hoc changes
- Uploading and replacing partially/fully executed lease documents to database
- Reviewing, coding, and monitoring payment of all rental invoices for the clinics
- Renewal assumption reports
- End of month reports
- Ad-hoc reporting relating to Lease Eagle
- Liaising with Landlords to obtain the annual outgoing statements
- Issuing/circulation of any landlord correspondence re: maintenance & centre updates

**About you**:

- At least 3 years' experience and exposure to Lease Administration, financial or legal background within retail property
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Lease Eagle software required
- Proven financial, numeracy and accounting skills
- Significant level computer literacy with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Contract law
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously and within a team
- Lease & data interpretation and ability to interpret and communicate
- Strong planning, organisation and attention to detail skills
- Knowledge of the Retail Leases Acts - benefit
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability to meet deadlines as required
