Our team is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service, ensuring all lease agreements are abstracted in time, carrying out reconciliations, following our escalation processes, liaising with stakeholders & monthly reporting obligations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all Lease Administration related landlord communications
  • Reviewing Landlord Invoices for accuracy
  • Ensuring that the agreed procedures and process flows are adhered to
  • Calculating fixed, CPI increase and preparing monthly lease events report for Property Managers
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts when required
  • Preparing and distributing ad-hoc reports

A successful candidate will have demonstrated leasing or property administration experience, be able to understand and interpret commercial contracts and the obligations of both tenants and landlords. Prior experience with spreadsheets and financial based programs will be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to gain and retain relevant security clearance.
