We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Property Consultants to join our team.

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service to clients, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential properties that meet clients' requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on property features, pricing, and availability.
- Guide clients through the negotiation process, ensuring their best interests are represented and securing successful transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies for properties and listings.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and properties.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Property Consultant or in a related sales role is preferred but not limited.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a client-centric approach.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in any CRM tool is advantageous.
