These are completed homes — not house-and-land packages — ready for immediate move-in.We are looking for an "A" player — someone with a strong track record in real estate sales, a pragmatic attitude, and a passion for helping people find the right home.We value our high-energy, professional workplace and our commitment to delivering value across the Group's business units.
High performance, accountability, humility, a bias for action and outstanding customer service and outcomes are non-negotiable aspects of our culture.What you will be doing:Managing and converting qualified buyer enquiriesConducting open inspections and private viewingsGuiding clients through the sales process from first visit to settlementMaintaining accurate sales records and client communicationCollaborating with marketing and construction teams to ensure a smooth handover experienceMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while upholding high customer satisfactionMust be available to work weekends in line with our display home opening hours.
This requirement is essential.As a motivated and driven self-starter, you will have the ability to work with minimal supervision while learning, adapting and thriving in a professional, fast-paced, and demanding environment.Along with being reliable, loyal and trustworthy, a successful candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:Have a strong understanding and belief in the company core values and to treat the core values as a blueprint for behaviourImplement our lean culture as a part of everyday performanceReal estate sales experience is essential, with a track record of successDeep understanding of the residential housing market in North, South and Hills growth corridors A positive, 'can-do' attitudeProfessional presentationFocused, driven and motivatedHighly developed written and verbal communication skillsProblem-solving and negotiation skillsThe ability to remain calm under pressureHave excellent organisational and time management skillsA high level of motivation and ability to think outside of the squareThe ability to work autonomously and in a teamA current driver's license and reliable vehicle are essentialMust be available to work weekends in line with our display home opening hours.
