About the Role
As a New Homes Consultant, you will be the key point of contact for customers looking to embark on a home building journey.
You will guide them through the entire process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
This full-time role is based at our Caringbah office with core hours from Monday to Friday.
To ensure our clients receive the best service, this position requires the flexibility for meetings after hours and on weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate and manage leads through various channels.
Conduct thorough customer consultations to understand their needs and aspirations.
Present and explain our range of home designs and customisation options.
Prepare accurate and detailed quotations and contracts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records and utilise our CRM system to manage your sales pipeline and activities.

You are driven by KPIs and thrive on the process of developing a robust sales pipeline.
Proven Sales Experience: You have a demonstrated track record of success in a competitive sales environment.
While experience in the building industry is valued, we welcome high-achievers from other sectors who are eager to learn.
Customer-Centric Approach: You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, building genuine rapport with diverse customers, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their home-building journey.
Team Player: You have a collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment, while also demonstrating the discipline to work independently.
Organised & Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintain accurate records, and understand the importance of process.
Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable using CRM systems and various online tools to manage your workflow.
