Job Title:
Banking Executive - Senior Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Banking Executive to lead our Global Corporate Banking Business Management team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Business Management or COO roles, with a proven track record of delivering timely and high-quality presentations and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Support execution of business initiatives, working closely with local and regional teams to drive strategic growth.
Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
Organize complex information strategically, utilizing strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques to create wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards.
Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and facilitate next steps, including project managing and delivering key work streams and tasks.
Identify key business risks on the platform and partner with product and controls office to remediate risk and controls issues.
Provide financial and business data in support of regulatory requests.
Prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions, including coordination of team activities.
Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites.
Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area.
Proven experience in Business Management or COO role, with intermediate to advanced level ability in all MS Office tools (Excel & PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions.
Demonstrates sound judgment, professional maturity, and a high level of integrity.
Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with a high degree of independence.
