Our client is a leading independent advisory firm, known for delivering high-impact strategic and transaction advice across infrastructure, utilities, renewable energy, and resources.

With a team drawn from top-tier investment banks and a strong track record in M&A, project finance, PPPs, and capital markets, the firm is a trusted adviser to ASX-listed corporates, government entities, super funds and developers.

The Opportunity

This role will see you working closely with senior team members across a range of complex transactions. You'll support live deal execution and new business activity by building financial models, preparing client presentations, undertaking commercial and sector analysis, and contributing to due diligence and strategic recommendations. You'll also assist with the preparation of investment papers, internal reports and ongoing asset or portfolio management work.

Required Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will bring 2–4 years' experience in investment banking, corporate finance, project finance or private equity, ideally with some exposure to infrastructure, utilities, energy or resources. A relevant undergraduate degree with strong academics is required, as is strong financial modelling skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to think conceptually and analytically.
