**Job Description**:
As a Fashion Sales Consultant at Mara Collective, you will play a vital role in delivering personalised service to our customers. You will assist clients in finding outfits that reflect their individuality, offer styling advice, and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service and personalised styling assistance.
- Assist clients in selecting outfits and refreshing their wardrobes.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Maintain a welcoming and engaging store atmosphere.
- Foster relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications:

- Passion for fashion and strong knowledge of current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Days Required:

- The position requires availability to work on **Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday** each week.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
