Practice Nurse – Treatment Room with view to Lead Nurse role

Kalamunda WA

3 to 4 days a week (8am to 5.30pm)

Stirk Medical Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Practice Nurse to work in our treatment room. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work across our Kalamunda and High Wycombe locations.


What You'll Bring

Essential:

  • AHPRA registration as an RN
  • Minimum 5 year general practice experience (desirable)
  • Immunisation certification (or working towards)
  • Wound management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong time management
  • Flexibility to assist with leave coverage as required
  • Leadership role

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with Best Practice clinical software

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting GPs with minor procedures
  • Wound care and dressings
  • Vaccinations and immunisations
  • ECGs and spirometry
  • Treatment room and stock management
  • Infection control and sterilisation
  • Triage and patient care
  • Recalls and immunisation recording
  • Conducting Health Assessments
  • Leadership role to improve systems and services
